Student Travel Awards
The ACM SIGSPATIAL 2022 Conference organizers want to help potential attendees by providing travel grants. The funds for the grants come from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), conference sponsors, a generous donation from W. Randolph Franklin, and ACM SIGSPATIAL. This application will serve as the central entry point for all travel grant applications for our conference. We will award travel grants of up to US$1000 to students and junior people (0-3 years since graduation) in our field. Students who receive a travel grant will be expected to serve in a volunteer role at the conference. SIGSPATIAL is committed to increasing the diversity of its community and welcomes participation from women and underrepresented groups.
